Robert Frisbee, 1946-2003, Knob Noster
Robert Frisbee, 57, of Knob Noster, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, at his home.
He was born April 23, 1946, in St. Louis County, a son of Glenn and Beryl Wilson
Frisbee. On June 19, 1975, in Sedalia, he was married to Georgia Burns, who
survives of the home.
Mr. Frisbee received a bachelor of science degree in agriculture from
Central Missouri State University. He was in ag sales for Kronsbein Implement
Co. in Higginsville. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Knob
Noster.
Also surviving are four sons, Corey Frisbee and Mike Lewis, both of
Chillicothe, Robert Lewis, of Knob Noster, and John T. Frisbee, stationed in
Baghdad, Iraq; two brothers, Carl Frisbee, of Knob Noster, and Randy Frisbee,
of Linn; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist
Church in Knob Noster, with Dr. Kerry Skidmore officiating. Burial will be in
Knob Noster Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday
at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Knob Noster.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Johnson County Hospice in care
of the funeral home.
